Pikake & Pearls: Helen & Randy’s Website

Another Taiwanese sister of mine, Lee-wen (also known as “Angela” or “Angelini”) is my musical partner-in-crime, tackling the violin-viola repertoire of yesterday and today.  We met in the basement of Stony Brook University, where due to the location of our practice studios, we became neighbors along with other fellow musicians.  She is known among our Taiwanese group as the “drama queen”, which is ironic because sometimes she’s the last person to know the latest gossip.  When she’s not busy serenading herself on her viola, she enjoys shabu with friends, watching Asian TV shows and dramas online,  and playing tennis on the Wii.  (Ask me for hilarious videos.)  I’m so excited to have Leewen as a bridesmaid because she is adorably funny and not afraid to get what she wants.  Plus, she’s a great friend and musician.
